Re-apply, biometrics not required. Write a letter to address the rejection stating the NOA submitted had below LICO as you joined at the end the year and to support it you're submitting your offer letter or letter from your employer.

Yep, when you re-apply the biometrics would be picked up automatically. Just answer "Yes" in the application where they ask if the applicant has provided Biometrics in the last 10 yrs.

Sorry to hear about the rejection,. Unfortunately you don't meet the LICO in this case as you started your employment in Nov-2024. I went through the follow up messages in this chat. I'd recommend you to go through the requirements for LICO.
They'd need one (whole year) of pay stubs to prove that you meet the LICO
The salary statement/pay stub doesn't indicate you met the LICO, it'll indicate you may meet.
The reason behind asking for 12 months of pay-stub is because your T4 may come late or NOA takes time to receive. The best docs you can submit as far as LICO is T4/NOA followed by pay-stubs or employment letter.
If I can ask, why super visa not visitor visa. If you've to go only through super visa, you'd need to wait to complete this year & get your T4/NOA before applying as the chances of rejection is higher.

I applied for super visa as i wanted my mother to stay with me more than 6 months, also i heard the rejection rate of visitor visa is higher

Hi Pratik, did you apply through IRCC secure account or IRCC portal for supervisa?
LICO is based on income earned in Canada not salary. IRCC typically wants to see NOA although pay stubs are listed as available proof I believe. We have even seen T4s being denied because T4 doesn’t provide full picture of income earned. In general this also ensures that parents can’t visit on a supervisa soon after their child moves to Canada because some parents attempt to move to Canada with their children. If your parent wants to attempt to visit they should apply for a normal TRV.

Hi everyone, I have read from other forums that they got approved even without submitting bank statements of either sponsor or applicant's [just NOA, T4 Employment Letter & Pay stubs], just wondering if any of you have done that as well and got approved?
